My wine philosophy
I belive that it is of great importance to create characteristic wines paired with elegance and balance which not only expresses the uniqueness of the region but also bear my personal signature.
My wines do not do not contain Sauvignon Blanc essence or any other obtrusive aromas which interfere with the natural flavour of the grapes.
My wine philosophy definitely has its roots in the vineyard: only healthy, organic and vital soil originates the necessary quality of the grapes.

My philosophy of the Cellar
Working in the cellar is not about „making“ wine but rather about „preserving“. This is a means to ensure the quality of the wine through careful processing with as little intervention as possible. When tasting the wine, the aroma density and distinctive regional signature can be found in each and every bottle.
